AI digital workers for sales, support, finance, HR and data

Hire digital workers. Keep the final say.

KAgents AI workers take on the repetitive work in your CRM, helpdesk, ERP, ATS and data warehouse. You decide which tasks they draft for review and which they finish on their own.

Meet the team

Five workers. One for each desk.

Each worker is built for one job, works inside your systems, and follows the rules you set. Start with the one your team needs most, and add others when you're ready.

Help me choose a worker

How hiring works

Hire a digital worker in four steps.

No migration project and no rip-and-replace. The worker joins the tools and processes you already run.

Plan your first hire

01

Pick a worker

Start with the work that keeps piling up. Choose the worker built for it and agree on its first tasks.

02

Connect your tools

Grant scoped access to the systems the job needs, such as your CRM, helpdesk, ERP or warehouse. Nothing beyond that.

03

Set the rules

Decide what the worker may do alone, what needs a sign-off, and who it hands off to. We set it up with you.

04

Go live with review

The worker starts in copilot mode, so your team reviews its output. Move tasks to autopilot when you're confident.

CopilotAutopilot

Two ways to work

Copilot or autopilot. You choose, task by task.

The same worker can draft one task for review and finish another end to end. You set the line, and you can move it anytime.

Copilot
you move the line, task by task
Autopilot
Copilot

The worker prepares. A person approves.

For work that needs judgment or carries risk.

Send first emails to new target accounts

Vanessa researches this week's new target accounts and drafts a first email for each. Your rep reads, edits and approves every one before it is sent.

Rep can:approve · edit · send back

Drafts emails, replies, matches and reports for review

Nothing is sent, paid or changed without a sign-off

Reviewers can edit, approve, or send it back with a note

Autopilot

The worker finishes the job, inside your guardrails.

For routine, well-defined work with clear rules.

Autopilot

We recommend starting every task in copilot and switching to autopilot once your team is happy with the results.

CopilotAutopilot

Payment runs and refunds above your limit never go on autopilot. They always wait for a named approver.

Human oversight

Every action has a record and an owner.

Digital workers act on your behalf. So you can always see what they did, why they did it, and who approved it.

How oversight works

01

Approvals

Mark any action as sensitive, such as payments, refunds, offers or emails to new contacts, and it waits for a named person to approve it.

02

Audit trail

Every step is logged: what the worker read, what it changed, which rule applied, and who signed off.

03

Escalation

When a case is unclear, out of policy or emotionally charged, the worker stops and hands it to a person with a summary of what happened so far.

04

Roles and permissions

Role-based access controls who can assign work, approve actions, change rules and see results. Workers reach only the systems and records you grant.

Systems we connect to. Each connection is set up with you during onboarding, and availability varies by system, so we confirm yours before you commit.

Your data stays yours.

KAgents runs on FusionK, the platform behind every KCorp company, with security and oversight on by default.

01

Never used for training

Customer data is used only to do the work you assign. It never trains our models. That is a KCorp-wide commitment.

02

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Data is encrypted while it moves between systems and while it is stored.

03

Single sign-on

Your team signs in through your own identity provider with SSO.

04

Least-privilege access

Role-based permissions for people. Workers reach only the systems, records and actions you grant.

05

Tenant isolation

Each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's on the platform.

06

Data residency

Need data kept in a specific region? Share your requirements and we'll confirm what we can support.

Who's behind KAgents

Built by KCorp. Running on FusionK.

KCorp builds and operates vertical-AI companies. We don't fund from a distance: we design the product, engineer the agents and run the business. KAgents is our newest company.

Same principle everywhere: the AI does the work, and a person keeps the final say.

Questions before you hire

Still have a question? Talk to us
Software that does a defined job inside your systems. It reads, writes and takes actions in tools like your CRM, helpdesk or ERP, following the rules you set. It has a name and a role so your team knows what to hand it, but it is software, not a person.
They take on the repetitive, rules-based part of the job: lookups, first drafts, follow-ups and data entry. Your people keep the judgment calls, the relationships and the final say.
In copilot, the worker prepares the work and a person approves it. In autopilot, the worker completes the task on its own within the limits you set, and escalates anything outside them. You choose the mode for each task and can change it anytime. Actions you mark as sensitive, such as payment runs, always wait for a named approver.
When a case is unclear or outside its rules, the worker stops and hands it to a person instead of guessing. Every action is logged, so you can see exactly what happened, correct it, and tighten the rules or move the task back to copilot.
No. Customer data is used only to do the work you assign and never trains our models. That commitment applies across every KCorp company.
Workers connect to common CRMs, helpdesks, ERP and accounting systems, ATS and HRIS tools, data warehouses, email, Slack, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp. They can read and reply in many languages. Tell us your systems and languages, and we'll confirm the fit before you commit.
Book a demo. On the first call we map the tasks, tools and rules for the worker you want to start with, and walk you through pricing for that scope. Every worker begins in copilot mode, so your team reviews its output from the first day.

Bring us the work that keeps piling up.

Tell us which tasks eat your team's week. We'll show you how a KAgents worker would handle them, in your tools and under your rules.

Early access is open. No commitment.
