We do not sell your personal data. Customer data never trains our models.

Service providers help us run the site and the business. They act only on our instructions.

This summary is for convenience. The full policy below is what applies.

01

Who we are

KAgents provides AI digital workers for sales, support, finance, HR and data teams. KAgents is a KCorp company.

The KAgents website and the KAgents early-access program are operated by KCorp Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States. KCorp builds and operates vertical-AI companies. In this policy, “KCorp”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean KCorp Group, Inc.

For the personal data described in this policy, we are the controller. That means we decide why and how it is used.

02

What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data we handle when you:

  • visit the KAgents website;
  • request a demo or fill in another form on the site;
  • write to us or talk to us about KAgents;
  • take part in early access as a contact or user at a participating organization.

It does not cover the data that digital workers handle inside a customer's systems on the customer's behalf. For that data, the customer decides how it is used, and we act on the customer's instructions under a separate written agreement with that customer. Websites we link to, including other KCorp company sites, have their own privacy policies.

03

Personal data we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site, reply to you and run early access.

  • When you request a demoYour full name, work email and company. If you choose to add them: your role, the worker you are interested in, what you want the call to focus on, your main tools and your message.
  • When you write to us or meet with usYour name, contact details and what you tell us, including notes from our calls and emails.
  • When you take part in early accessThe details you share to scope a worker, and your name, work email and role. To give you access, we also keep sign-in events, settings, and the approvals and actions recorded in the audit trail.
  • From your organizationIf your employer takes part in early access, it may give us your name, work email and role so we can set up your access.
  • When you browse the siteTechnical data your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, language, the pages you request and the time of each request. We also remember your language or region choice.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, such as health information, through the site. Please do not include it, or records from your own systems, in forms or messages.

04

How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • reply to your demo request and messages, and prepare and hold the call;
  • scope the work and send a proposal to your organization;
  • run early access: set up access, support users, keep the audit trail and collect feedback;
  • operate, secure and improve the website, for example to show pages in your language, prevent abuse and fix errors;
  • send you updates about KAgents that relate to your request or to early access, which you can opt out of at any time;
  • meet legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

06

Customer data and our models

Customer data never trains our models. That is a commitment across every KCorp company.

When an organization hires a KAgents worker, the worker reads and writes customer data only to do the tasks the organization assigns. How customer data is handled, kept and deleted is set out in the agreement with each customer.

07

How we share personal data

We share personal data only as this policy describes:

  • Service providersCompanies that help us run the site and the business, such as cloud hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, communication and video-call tools, contact management, and security and error monitoring. They act on our instructions and must protect the data.
  • KCorp companiesOther KCorp companies, where needed to provide shared services, under the protections in this policy.
  • Professional advisersLawyers, auditors and accountants, under a duty of confidentiality.
  • AuthoritiesWhen the law requires it, or when needed to protect the rights, safety or security of people, our customers or KCorp.
  • Business transfersAs part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. If that happens, this policy continues to apply to your data, or we tell you what changes.
  • With your permissionWhen you ask us to, or agree that we may.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

08

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.

  • Demo requests and messagesWhile the conversation is active, and for a limited time afterward in case you come back to us.
  • Early-access recordsFor the length of the program, and longer only where the agreement with your organization or the law requires it.
  • Website technical dataFor a short time, to keep the site secure and fix problems.
  • Records the law requiresFor as long as the law requires.

If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation or to establish or defend a legal claim.

09

International transfers

KCorp is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process personal data in the United States and in other countries whose data protection laws may differ from the laws where you live.

When we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Brazil, we use safeguards that the law recognizes, such as standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.

Customers with data residency requirements can share them with us, and we will confirm what we can support.

10

How we protect it

KAgents runs on the FusionK Platform, the shared platform KCorp operates for all its companies. Our security measures include:

  • encryption in transit and at rest;
  • single sign-on for access to the product;
  • role-based access, so people see only what their role allows;
  • tenant isolation, so each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's;
  • an audit trail of the actions digital workers take and who approved them.

No system is completely secure. If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities where the law requires it.

11

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Brazil or California, you may have the right to:

  • know whether we process your personal data, and get a copy of it;
  • know which categories of data we collect and with whom we share them;
  • correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your data;
  • receive the data you gave us in a common format, or have it sent to another company;
  • object to or restrict some uses, including uses based on our legitimate interests;
  • opt out of marketing email at any time, through the link in each email or by writing to us;
  • withdraw consent where we rely on it;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data, although we do not sell or share it;
  • use these rights without being treated differently for doing so;
  • complain to a data protection authority, such as your local supervisory authority in Europe or the ANPD in Brazil.

To use these rights, write to privacy@kagents.ai. We may need to confirm your identity before we act. Where the law allows, you can ask an authorized agent to act for you. We reply within the time the law sets. If your request is about customer data that your employer controls, we will refer you to your employer and help them respond.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a similar way.

We use only the cookies and similar technologies the site needs to work, for example to remember your language or region and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

If we add analytics or other optional cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work.

13

Children

The KAgents website and early access are for businesses and professionals. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

14

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.

If a change is significant, we will give notice before it takes effect, for example with a notice on the site or by email.
